1. Our Commitment
We want every client to be genuinely happy with the work we deliver. Because web design is a custom service that involves real time, planning and creative effort, our refund policy balances customer protection with fairness to the work already done.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
a) 100% Refund — Within 7 Days, Before Work Starts
If you cancel your project within 7 days of making the advance payment and before any design or development work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid (minus any unavoidable third-party transaction fees charged by the payment processor).
b) Partial Refund — After Work Begins
Once design and/or development work has started, refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed:
- Initial design phase started: up to 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Design approved / development in progress: up to 25% refund of the amount paid.
- Development substantially complete: refunds at our discretion, based on remaining work.
Where applicable, any work completed up to the cancellation date will be shared with you upon request.
c) No Refund — After Project Completion
Once the website has been delivered, deployed or final files have been handed over, the project is considered complete and is not eligible for any refund. At that stage, we will continue to provide reasonable support to fix bugs covered under our standard post-launch support window.
3. Situations Where Refunds Do Not Apply
- Change of mind after project completion or after final delivery.
- Delays caused by the client (such as not providing content, feedback or approvals on time).
- Issues caused by third-party services (hosting, domain providers, plugins).
- Requests for changes outside the originally agreed scope.
- Project cancellation due to violation of our Terms & Conditions by the client.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email vivekloacalseo2@gmail.com with:
- Your full name and business name.
- The email address used to make the payment.
- The date of payment and the project name.
- The reason for the refund request.
We aim to respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider, we kindly ask that you contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may delay resolution and may be challenged with the relevant evidence of work completed.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. The policy in effect at the time you made your payment is the policy that applies to your refund request.
